AlSi alloys have the features such as low CTE, low density, high thermal conductivity, high electrical conductivity(excellent EMI/RF shielding performance), high hardness, good thermo-mechanical stability, hermeticity, machinability, platability and co***tible with microelectronic assembly technology etc.
